Last week I was invited to attend a blogger event at The Art House in Gilbert. I am going to be honest I have never attended one of those wine paint night's before because I always thought the things I have seen people paint are ugly, and would never match my house. Well this is NOT the case at The Art House--as you can see towards the end of my post I am so in love with my painting it is on display in my kitchen!!!!Read More
One of our favorite family photographers is hosting Spring Mini Sessions the 1st week of April. She had asked if the kids and I wanted to play around and pose for the promo pics for the shoot last minute and of course I jumped at the chance because everyone knows I LOVE family photos. The only bummer was it was so last minute Mark had to work.Read More
This couple was just a dream, and honestly they just made me happy. She was the bride that when we met 13 months prior to her wedding--I told her a good plan of action--she went out and did it! The best part was she used all my FAVORITE vendors so it was the dream team!!! Her colors were seriously amazing and different, and fit the month of February perfectly!Read More

First place your wax paper on a standard cookie sheet. Then put 1 package of white chocolate in 1 microwave safe bowl, and the other package in another. Follow the instructions on the chocolate on how to melt it. I put mine in the microwave, and took it out every 30-60 seconds to stir and add little bits of oil. When the first bowl of chocolate is ready pour on wax paper and spread it out. Then after the next bowl of chocolate is melted add green food coloring to the bowl, and pour on top of white spread. I used a cooking skewer to swirl together. Then let the kids dump all the toppings on the chocolate before it starts drying. After the whole thing is covered refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then break apart.

This winter white wedding was a stunner last month, and Daniel Kim Photography captured it perfectly!!!! Paradise Valley Country Club made the perfect backdrop! The bride was so awesome to work with and really only gave me the guidelines of using white a lot. I had so much fun mixing in woods and mixed metals to pull the look together. Her wedding day ended up being one of those few cold down to the bone days in AZ, but the bride stunned everyone with her late grandmothers fur down the aisle.Read More
